Locksmith needed for an immediate opening in Beaumont.   This position is responsible for  installing new locks and door hardware as needed; repairing locks as necessary; re-keying locks to meet security needs; changing locker combinations and making new keys; repairing  and adjusting  door-mounted closers and floor closers; and keeping accurate and up-to- date record of all keys and locks.  This position maintains key control and information by coding each key; logging into key log; updating Best and Schlage databases; reading building prints for door access and lock installation; and setting master keying function for each building.  Qualified candidates must have at least three (3) years of verifiable work history in this field, a high school diploma or equivalent, a minimum of  six-months advanced study or training in this specific vocation (certification preferred), a Texas driver’s license with good driving record and be able to pass a background check and drug test.    Hours are Monday through Friday 6am to 3pm with a one-hour lunch.  Starting pay is $20.00 to $22.00 per hour, DOE.    We offer: Weekly Direct Deposit, Medical insurance, Dental insurance, Vision/eyewear insurance, Short-term disability insurance, Life insurance & Paid time off (PTO).
