Insurance License is required or, if you are close to getting the license, the firm will help you complete it. Duties will include: Accounts Payable, Payroll, data entry, 10-Key, Excel, etc.… All Skills will be tested and a background check and drug test must be passed. This is a long term, temp-to-hire position with a starting salary of $16.00 to $18.00 per hour, DOE. Hours are Monday through Friday 7:30am to 4:30pm. Office Clerk needed for a busy manufacturing company in Beaumont. We are looking for a candidate with excellent data entry skills, strong multi-tasking talent and exceptional attention to detail. Qualified applicants will have excellent computer skills, be proficient in Microsoft Office, with an emphasis on Excel, and have experience working with Accounts Receivable.   Job duties will include but not be limited to: answering and routing calls, data entry, filing, e-mail correspondence, shipping of product, AR and any other duties as assigned. Peachtree or QuickBooks experience is required.  This is a temp to hire position.
