Experienced, full-charge bookkeeper needed for a large, well-established company in the Winnie area.  We are looking for a dynamic professional, with a good work ethic, who possesses exceptional communication, interpersonal, organizational & analytical skills. Office Clerk needed for a busy manufacturing company in Beaumont. We are looking for a candidate with excellent data entry skills, strong multi-tasking talent and exceptional attention to detail. Qualified applicants will have excellent computer skills, be proficient in Microsoft Office, with an emphasis on Excel, and have experience working with Accounts Receivable.   Job duties will include but not be limited to: answering and routing calls, data entry, filing, e-mail correspondence, shipping of product, AR and any other duties as assigned. Peachtree or QuickBooks experience is required.  This is a temp to hire position. Facilities Maintenance Technician needed for an immediate opening in Beaumont.   This position is responsible for performing routine inspections and maintenance of HVAC, electrical, plumbing and other building systems to ensure they are functioning efficiently and safely.  The tech will diagnose & repair issues, implement preventative maintenance schedules, respond promptly to maintenance requests and maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities.  Qualified candidates must have at least three (3) years of verifiable work history in facility maintenance, a high school diploma or equivalent, working knowledge of carpentry, plumbing and electrical systems, a Texas driver’s license and good driving record and be able to pass a background check and drug test. We are looking for responsible, self- starters, who can complete the tasks assigned to them with little supervision.  Candidates must have at least 3 years' of verifiable work history in this field. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:  sweeping, moping, waxing floors, vacuuming carpets, dusting, cleaning & polishing furniture; windows, walls, restrooms, kitchens, offices and reporting any maintenance issues.   This is a full-time, temp-to possible-hire, position.  Hours are  Monday- Friday 6:00am to 3:00pm (one hour lunch) and the starting pay is $17.00 per hour. Applicants must have a clear background and be able to pass a drug screen.
