Facilities Maintenance Technician needed for an immediate opening in Beaumont.   This position is responsible for performing routine inspections and maintenance of HVAC, electrical, plumbing and other building systems to ensure they are functioning efficiently and safely.  The tech will diagnose & repair issues, implement preventative maintenance schedules, respond promptly to maintenance requests and maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities.  Qualified candidates must have at least three (3) years of verifiable work history in facility maintenance, a high school diploma or equivalent, working knowledge of carpentry, plumbing and electrical systems, a Texas driver’s license and good driving record and be able to pass a background check and drug test. We are looking for responsible, self- starters, who can complete the tasks assigned to them with little supervision.  Candidates must have at least 3 years' of verifiable work history in this field.
