We are looking for an experienced, talented and motivated supervisor who understand operational efficiencies and throughput.   This  individual needs the ability to identify bottlenecks within the operation and make adjustments to improve throughput and will oversee  production processes & staff on shift. We are seeking candidates with an exceptional work ethic, previous management/supervisory experience with effective communication and good interpersonal skills.   Responsibilities include: staff, safety, quality, production, shipping & receiving, and maintenance on assigned shift. Experience in steel, galvanizing, forklift operation, Microsoft Office, Hazardous Materials and CRT/data entry is required .   Qualified candidates will be able to pass a forklift test, fit test, background check and drug test. Forklift operator needed for a busy industrial company in Beaumont. We are seeking candidates with an exceptional work ethic, excellent math skills, the ability to work independently in a team environment and a desire to learn and excel.  Applicants must possess the ability to load & unload and maneuver around warehouse in tight spaces with ease. Candidates must pass a comprehensive onsite test for maneuverability, operation, safety, awareness & inspections of forklift with a lifting capacity up to 36K lbs.   Experience working with steel is a Plus and a minimum of five (5) years of forklift experience is required. This is a temp to hire position with starting pay of $18.00 + per hour; DOE with lots of mandatory overtime.  Hours are 5am to 5pm – Monday through Saturday. Experienced, full-charge bookkeeper needed for a large, well-established company in the Winnie area.  We are looking for a dynamic professional, with a good work ethic, who possesses exceptional communication, interpersonal, organizational & analytical skills. A minimum of seven (7) years of verifiable Bookkeeping experience is required. Qualified candidates will be able to efficiently handle all functions related to bookkeeping and be proficient in SAGE.  Job duties will include but not be limited to: compiling, processing, and maintaining accounts payable & receivable records, journal entries, payroll & payroll deposits, financial statements, tax and insurance reimbursements, generating & auditing monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial statements,   and any other duties as assigned.   BA or Associates in relevant field is preferred and utility experience is a Plus.  All candidates will have to pass a bookkeeping test, drug test and background check.  This is a temp to hire position.  Hours are Monday – Thursday - 7:00 AM- 5:00 PM, and the starting pay is $25.00 to $33.00 per hour, DOE. We offer: Weekly Direct Deposit, Medical insurance, Dental insurance, Vision/eyewear insurance, Short-term disability insurance, Life insurance & Paid time off (PTO).
