Medical Front Office Coordinator needed for busy clinic in Beaumont. Job duties include:  insurance verification & referrals, answering phones, scheduling appointments, check-ins/outs, co-pays, data entry and other duties as assigned. We are looking for candidates who can handle a large volume of patients, on a daily basis, while maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor.  Qualified applicants will have a minimum of three (3) years of verifiable medical office experience and EClinicalWorks for electronic medical records. This is a temp to hire position with a starting pay of $15.00 to $16.00, DOE. Facilities Maintenance Technician needed for an immediate opening in Beaumont.   This position is responsible for performing routine inspections and maintenance of HVAC, electrical, plumbing and other building systems to ensure they are functioning efficiently and safely.  The tech will diagnose & repair issues, implement preventative maintenance schedules, respond promptly to maintenance requests and maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities.  Qualified candidates must have at least three (3) years of verifiable work history in facility maintenance, a high school diploma or equivalent, working knowledge of carpentry, plumbing and electrical systems, a Texas driver’s license and good driving record and be able to pass a background check and drug test. We are looking for responsible, self- starters, who can complete the tasks assigned to them with little supervision.  Candidates must have at least 3 years' of verifiable work history in this field. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:  sweeping, moping, waxing floors, vacuuming carpets, dusting, cleaning & polishing furniture; windows, walls, restrooms, kitchens, offices and reporting any maintenance issues.   This is a full-time, temp-to possible-hire, position.  Hours are  Monday- Friday 6:00am to 3:00pm (one hour lunch) and the starting pay is $17.00 per hour. Tractor (Batwing  & Boom) Operator needed for immediate, long-term position in Beaumont. Main duty will be the operation of a large, commercial tractor with batwing and other attachments. Operators must have excellent slope & grade experience.
