Maintenance Technician: Performs advanced skilled maintenance and repair work for community buildings and residential homes, as well as moderate maintenance and repair of company vehicles. Responsibilities include building, mechanical, plumbing, and electrical repairs; painting; carpentry; vehicle maintenance; and moving furniture as needed. Hours are Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. The pay range is $14.97–$16.36 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience. Applicants must be able to pass a background check and drug test.
