We are looking for an experienced, talented and motivated supervisor who understand operational efficiencies and throughput.   This  individual needs the ability to identify bottlenecks within the operation and make adjustments to improve throughput and will oversee  production processes & staff on shift. We are seeking candidates with an exceptional work ethic, previous management/supervisory experience with effective communication and good interpersonal skills.   Responsibilities include: staff, safety, quality, production, shipping & receiving, and maintenance on assigned shift. Experience in steel, galvanizing, forklift operation, Microsoft Office, Hazardous Materials and CRT/data entry is required .   Qualified candidates will be able to pass a forklift test, fit test, background check and drug test. High School diploma or equivalent is required and Associates Degree is preferred.  This is a temp to hire position, with a starting pay of $20.00 to $25.00 + per hour, DOE, with room for advancement and lots of overtime.  Hours are Monday through Saturday 5am to 5pm.   We offer:   Weekly Direct Deposit, Medical insurance, Dental insurance, Vision/eyewear insurance, Short-term disability insurance, Life insurance & Paid time off (PTO).
