Registered or Certified Medical Assistant needed for a busy practice in Beaumont. We are looking for candidates who can handle a large volume of patients on a daily basis, while maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor. Applicants must have a Medical Assistant Certification or Registration and a minimum of three years’ previous, verifiable Medical Assistant (externships/internships do not count). Duties will include rooming patients, vitals, patient history and triage, injections, calling patients with lab results, prescription refills, phone messages, and any other duties as assigned. This is a long-term, temp to hire position. Starting pay is $15.00 to $18.00 per hour, DOE and hours are Monday through Thursday 8:00am to 5:00pm and Friday 8:00am to 12:00 noon.
