Career Position – Water Superintendent to oversee the operations of the water distribution and treatment systems, ensuring a reliable and safe water supply. This role involves leading and supervising staff, managing budgets, ensuring regulatory compliance, preparing board reports for monthly meetings, troubleshooting, maintaining & creating infrastructure, communicating with the public regarding water quality & usage and meeting with pipeline representatives and other utility contacts.    Applicants must be knowledgeable with TCEQ rules and regulations; including protocols for water chlorination treatment, trenching, digging, sloping, benching, shoring and shielding practices.  Qualified Candidates must have:   a minimum of five years’ experience managing in this field,  a Texas Driver’s License with good driving record and be able to pass a background check  and drug test.  College degree is preferred.  Operating hours are Monday through Thursday 7:00 am to 5:30 pm with starting pay of $43.27 per hour and an excellent benefits package upon client hire.
