Opportunity for successful reentry into the workforce.   Second Chance - Entry Level General Laborers needed for long-term assignment in Beaumont. We are seeking candidates with a good work ethic and reliable transportation who need a second chance (non-violent offenders only). This is an entry-level position with job duties consisting of but not limited to: Building, grounds, and street maintenance - Picking up litter - Yard maintenance - Digging holes/ditches -Loading and unloading jobsite materials - Cleaning and properly maintaining tools and any other duties as assigned.  Qualified candidates must possess a valid Driver's License and be able to pass a drug test.  All positions are long-term with the possibility of becoming permanent with the municipality.  Work shift is determined by crew assignment and crews work 8 to 10 hours per day with required overtime, when necessary, Starting pay is $10.00 per hour with the potential for overtime every week.
