Facilities Maintenance Specialist needed for an immediate opening in Beaumont.   Qualified candidates must have at least three (3) years of verifiable work history in facility maintenance, a high school diploma or equivalent, working knowledge of carpentry, plumbing and electrical systems, a Texas driver’s license and good driving record and be able to pass a background check and drug test.  Associates Degree or completion of a formal technical training program is preferred.  This position is responsible for assisting in the maintenance, physical and mechanical upkeep of the facilities, maintaining services and conducting minor repairs and various semi-skilled duties in the areas of plumbing, carpentry, electrical and locks.   Hours are Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm,  with starting pay at $16.00 per hour.    We offer: Weekly Direct Deposit, Medical insurance, Dental insurance, Vision/eyewear insurance, Short-term disability insurance, Life insurance & Paid time off (PTO).
